Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
For the Chilli Chicken marinade:
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
Instructions to prepare Chilli chicken pizza :
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Chilli Chicken marinade. Mix well and add the chicken pieces. Coat the chicken well with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
Add the cooked Chilli Chicken pieces, red onion, green bell pepper, black olives, and jalapeno peppers on top of the pizza sauce.
Sprinkle both types of shredded cheese over the toppings.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is crispy.
Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro and red chili flakes on top.
Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
