Reshmi Paneer Tikka

Ingredients for Reshmi Paneer Tikka
250 gm paneer
2 tbsp gramflour
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup curd
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
6 drops orange colour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 tbsp ginger -garlic paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1-2 chilli
4-5tbsp cream
1 tbsp chopped mint
How to make Reshmi Paneer Tikka
1.Roast gramflour with 1 tbsp oil till fragrant . Let it cool. Mix hung curd, salt, chilli powder and lemon juice to the prepared ginger -garlic paste. Add gramflour paste. Add colour to the paste to get a nice colour.
2. Put the paste in a big bowl and the paneer pieces and mix well so as to coat the paste nicely on all the pieces. Add the onion and capsicum pieces also and mix lightly. Keep aside till serving time.
3. To serve, grill the paneer pieces and vegetables by passing through wooden skewers and keeping in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven.
4. Heat cream  in a flat pan on very low flame, to make it just warm. Add mint .
5. Add the grilled paneer and vegetables. Toss gently .its ready to serve......
