Sugar-150 gm

How to make Kaju Katli-
- At first soaked cashew nuts in hot water for 1 hour then grind the cashew nuts in a blender until they become a fine powder.
- In a non-stick pan, add sugar and water and heat it over medium flame.
- Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Once the sugar syrup starts to boil, reduce the flame and add the cashew powder to the pan.
- Keep stirring until the mixture forms a soft dough and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Add ghee and mix well.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and transfer it onto a greased plate or tray.
- Allow it to cool down a bit, and then knead the mixture with your hands to make a smooth dough.
- Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, and then cut it into diamond shapes.
- Garnish the kaju katli burfi with silver vark (optional).
- Allow the burfi to cool completely and then serve.
