Fruit Cream recipe
Fruits are definitely a boon for our health besides its taste if one add it to diets. To add some flavor along with the fruits will works very well. Fruits cream is one of the modifier of raw fruits that not only gives a excellent taste but also being a healthiest food, boosts immunity system besides its excellent taste. Fruit cream can be served as a desserts. Fruit cream is also a first choice of those who opt fasting. This recipe is very popular among youngsters.
Ingredients for fruit cream :
- heavy cream(malai) - 400 ml
- (2 cups) powdered sugar
- 70 grams (1/3 cup)
- banana -1
- apple - 1
- ripe mango - 1
- grapes - 100 Gram
- kaju - 6-7
- badam - 6-7
- kishmish - 2 tbsp
How to make fruit cream in very easy steps:
1.Mix cream and sugar with hand blender so the sugar completely dissolve .
2.don't blend much more.
3.wash apple and mango,peel and cut it into square pieces.
4.Wash the grapes, cut into 2 pieces if it's large. .
5.chop almonds and cashew.
6.wipe kishmish by cloth.
7.put fruits in cream sugar mixture, mix with spoon.
8.If you prefer the color and aroma, in this mixture Mix 2 tbsp Rooh hafja.
9.keep fruit cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Take out of the fridge to cool fruit cream Serve and eat cold.
